Dan Taylor, PMP

Founder/ CEO

Dan has had a varied career, walking the line between business and technology. A graduate of Kent State and Baldwin-Wallace, he has always maintained that the gap between technology and business is bridgeable, and there are great opportunities for those who can do it.

Dan has spent time working with industry leaders such as TMW Systems and Nationwide Insurance before launching TTL Systems. He has enabled solutions all over the US and Canada. Although Erica didn't particularly care for his constant business travel, it was an amazing opportunity to see how some of the best and brightest conduct business.

This year, through strategic partnerships, TTL Systems is poised to take off. Dan is one of the many people enabling TTL Systems' success, helping to provide perspective and solutions in a technology world that is enduring constant change.

James Thompson
Director of Technical Services
Chief Engineer

James is a computer programmer, systems designer, and architect. He serves at TTL Systems' Chief Engineer. James has been developing applications systems for over 30 years and has designed and developed many established solutions.

His skills extend to multiple operation systems and disciplines, including Microsoft .Net, Database Design, Linux Servers and Desktops, Apache/PHP, Objective-C, network architecture, Cloud Infrastructure, and Mobile application development.

Mitch Holden
Director of Client Services
Project Manager

Mitch has been a business analyst and technology consultant for 25 years. Working with Fortune 100 companies, in the banking, transportation and logistics industries helping clients realize additional profits through the practical application of technology.

Mitch employs his business and technical experience to understand a client's requirements and translate the requirements into a cost effective technology based solution to maximize business efficiencies and increase profits.

Mitch has two sons and a wife of 25 years, also he recently retired as a LtCol in the Marine Corps Reserves after serving for almost 30 years.

Erica Taylor
Director of Administration

Erica graduated from Cleveland State University with her Bachelors of Science degree in Biology. After several years in the science realm, she changed gears to focus on client relations and account management. Outside of TTL Systems, she enjoys interior decorating, spending time with friends and family, and caring for her Scottie dog.

Ryan Murnane
Executive Coordinator/
Operations Manager

Ryan is the Executive Coordinator for TTL Systems who is in training to be the Operations Manager. Ryan's previous experience in resource management and team leadership has opened the door to an exciting new career. His organizational skills and agile approach to tasks makes him a valuable asset to this company on the rise. Ryan resides in Canton, Ohio with his 2 children, Merrick and Delaney.

David Gudat
Senior Software Engineer

David is the Senior Software Engineer at TTL Systems. David has 18+ years in the transportation industry focusing on dispatch and mobile communication development. He also has 25+ years in application solution development and management. He has a strong background in SQL, Windows, and .NET. He lives in Cleveland, Ohio and has three sons.

Ed Dressler
SQL Developer

Ed is a SQL Developer with a BA in Chemical Engineering. He recently completed his first year at TTL Systems handling transportation data management for MBI Energy Services. He has been well-versed in his field since his time in the United States Army as a transportation coordinator.

Erick Dressler
.Net and Data Developer

Erick is a Data Developer for TTL Systems. Erick went to the University of Cininnati where he studied computer programming and web design. Erick has done on-site Desktop Support, Network Administration and SQL and SSRS code for our clients. Erick is a family man with a wife and three children. Erick enjoys studying technology related fields that will help him grow stronger as an IT professional. Currently, Erick is studying VMware.

Virgil Sensabaugh
.Net Developer

Roland attended The Ohio State University and graduated with his Bachelors of Arts Degree in Sociology. Roland spent multiple years working directly with youth and families and has since branched out applying his previous managerial experience and attention to detail to focus on administrative tasks and project management. He has a passion for helping people and believes in Service Excellence principles. In his spare time Roland enjoys weight lifting, bass fishing, and supporting his Browns, Indians, and Buckeyes.

Niko Kantouros
Solutions Manager

Niko Kantouros is a technology consultant, with a background in managing projects of all sizes throughout the software development life cycle. Niko has a background in implementation of transportation software systems, and has worked with many of the industry leaders in rolling out IT solutions. He strives for excellent customer satisfaction and has a  great deal of experience in managing relationships between customers, vendors and employees to achieve a successful project.

Mark Bugner

Mark is a senior level SQL database administrator, add to that datawarehouse and data architecture, with heavy sql programming experience. He has COGNOS certifications as well. Mark was a 2000 graduate of Xavier University, where he received an honors level BSBA, with his studies focused on both information systems and accounting. Mark competed all 4 years as an athlete in cross country and track. Mark started as a programmer, with significant VB experience, accompanied by PowerBuilder experience. He grew toward the data side, and learned from some of he best DBA's recognized by Microsoft, to hone his skills. He has years of Experience with instructing less technical users on learning SQL, and mentoring them along the way. Mark has also spent time as a technical project manager over the last 6 years. He has also learned VB.NET and C Sharp, and very much understands what developers need fromthe database. His 20 years of writing SQL are tremendous asset, yet once in awhile he still learns a new trick. Mark is well-versed in database tuning and database server installs, upgrades, and migrations. In his spare time, Mark enjoys sightseeing trips with his 3 children, running, playing softball, and coaching youth basketball.

Alisa Daiber
Administrative Assistant

Alisa has worked as an administrative assistant for 7+ years. She is currently new to the technology field, but has 10+ years of experience in customer service. Alisa is proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. She is a very hard worker and diligently completes all assignments in a timely fashion, while striving to make her supervisors happy. Alisa is a quick learner and very interested in gaining more experience in this new field. Alisa also has a passion for customer satisfaction and provides a ball of sunshine wherever she goes. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and family, playing softball, and exploring the outdoors.
