We are looking for an Implementer with experience of customer service and training in the technological logistics sector, to work with our Project Managers and Developers / Solutions Architects. This position will work to install and implement new software, applications and equipment on site while working with the clients to teach new processes and move them forward to reaching a “go live” status.

Requirements for the position are:
-Knowledge and experience in customer service and training in the transport logistics sector
(Degrees and certifications are a plus, but not required)
-Positive attitude
-Team player
-Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
-Must have a passion for service excellence to build and maintain strong relationships with clients / customers  
-Hunger for growth in both personal and team aspects
-Must be willing and able to travel up to two weeks at a time, but not limited to this time frame
-Utilization / knowledge of ERP Software is preferred
